When the goods arrive, please inspect them immediately. If the
parcel has been visibly damaged, please ask the carrier to give you a
damage number if appropriate, and inform us within 24hrs.
Faulty goods We do our best to ensure the goods we send to
you are of top quality, but occasionally a faulty item may slip through
the net. In this instance we will be happy to take back and exchange
the item or refund your money including postage costs, but you have
responsibility for getting the goods back to us within 10 days of
delivery.
I’ve changed my mind If you simply decide you don't
want goods that have been delivered, or wish to exchange them, we will
accept them back unworn, unwashed, with tags, documentation and in the
original packaging and condition within 10 days of delivery and will
either exchange or refund you the cost of the product, not including
postage. You are responsible for returning the goods safely to us in
the appropriate condition.
What to do If you wish to return or exchange goods, please
email us using the email form on our contact us page and we will email
you a posting address. Please include on the email your name, address,
order number and reason for return or we will be unable to process your
refund/exchange.
In either case we strongly advise that you get proof of posting
and adequate insurance from your post office, as we can only refund or
exchange on receipt of the goods. Please note that a credit card refund
can only be credited to the original card that the goods were purchased
with.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
