Hand knitted lion
Cute, cuddly lion from Kenana Knitters. Knitted by a group of rural women in Kenya from locally produced, homespun wool which is coloured using natural, locally grown plant dyes, making each animal unique. Money earned by Kenana goes directly to the women, and environmentally friendly production methods are used wherever possible. Each animal is signed by the person who knitted it.
Size approx 16cm high. Suitable from birth with supervision (some animals come with woollen tassles that can be removed). Fully washable and CE marked.
